This page contains answers to the questions we receive most frequently.  If you cannot find the answer to your question here, then please visit our Contact Us page and send us a message.   We respond promptly to all questions received, although we may be a little slower to response on weekends and US holidays.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

There are a few things to check first if your payment didn’t go through:

  • Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
  • Confirm that the card you are trying to use is not expired.
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment for reasons known only to them. In this case you should contact your card issuer directly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card and PayPal payments via PayPal. This provides you with the assurance that your payment information is handled by one of the larget, most secure financial organizations on the planet (NoFEMA.com never receives your credit card or other financial information).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please send an email to orders@nofema.com.

How much longer will it take to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada?

You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these destinations may require as much as 11 to 15 business days.

I’m having troubles tracking my order.

In some cases, the carrier requires 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact us as soon as you can via orders@nofema.com.

What shipping options are available?

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.

  • Standard (5-9 business days): $4.50
  • Rush (1-2 business days): $25

Standard shipping is free when you spend $30 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, We only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

When will my order ship?

NoFEMA attempts to ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days from when they are received. In some circumstances – for example if a part of an order is on backorder and due to be received at our warehouse shortly – we may coordinate with the buyer for a later delivery date, or make other arrangements. You should receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Where does NoFEMA ship?

NoFEMA currently ships products to the 50 states of the United States and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or remote areas in Canada.

Questions about your order

Can I use multiple discount codes when placing my order?

You can use one discount code per order. If have multiple active NoFEMA discount codes please choose one based on the discount terms and active timeframe.

How can I change my order?

Please email us at orders@nofema.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please send an email to orders@nofema.com.

How can I check on the status of my order?

You should be notified by email with updates to the status of your order. If not, please email us at orders@nofema.com to request an update via email.

Returns

Questions about returning items purchases

How do I initiate a return or an exchange?

Please email orders@nofema.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll contact you back with details.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

I can’t find my return slip!

The packages we ship do note include return slips. Just email orders@nofema.com and we’ll take it from there.

What is your return policy?

Please Note – your original shipping charges are not refundable.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Your original order number must be provided to place a return request.
